The Edwards Comprehensive Cancer Center
The Edwards Comprehensive Cancer Center was established through a strong partnership with the two leading healthcare providers in the area: Cabell Huntington Hospital and Marshall University Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine. This partnership offers patients access to experienced and respected physicians, radiologists and surgeons, a skilled and caring nursing staff and the most current protocols for cancer diagnosis, treatment and care. In our modern and attractive facility, patients have access to a full range of diagnosis and treatment services, including surgery, radiation, chemotherapy, laboratory testing, clinical trials and support services.
Other Care Centers
Autism Services Center (ASC) is a nonprofit, licensed behavioral health care agency founded in 1979 by Ruth C. Sullivan, Ph. D. Though specializing in autism, the agency provides comprehensive, community integrated services for individuals with all developmental disabilities, throughout their lifespan. ASC provides services in Cabell, Wayne, Lincoln, and Mason counties. The main office is in Huntington, WV.
Cabell County Community Services Organization, Inc provides such services as health care services; meals to the homebound, at-risk, and frail elderly; housekeeping, and personal care to nursing home eligible clients under the supervision of a registered nurse; and other services to help elderly remain independent in their homes.
